The first one Kakashi intervened, the second one Sasuke activated lvl 2 of his curse seal, and Naruto got a new form of the Kyuubi chakra, and it ended in a tie. (alot of people's points of view say that sasuke or Naruto one, whichever they prefer I guess.)

Not like Deathnote was any less predictable. Light used Misa so of course he's going to use Takami. Light ended up finding out L's name. That was given. He had Teru find Near's name and his dad find Mello's name. You basically knew as soon as his father got the eyes he was going to find out one of their names. Takami just got to use it. And of COURSE he was going to fail in the end. Gee, what else am I missing

Wrong. Jiraiya taught Naruto more. Just because you hate Jiraiya for probably no logical reason doesn't mean he's useless.

i guess madara uchiha is controlling akatsuki behind the screen, and put pain in charge, it seems that madara uchiha is stronger than pain, and can kill him anytime, it looks like also that pain and konan is respecting madara uchiha.

What I find interesting now is that now that the Sasuke retrieval arc is winding down on CN, all of the fillers they're about to show are pretty much going to serve the exact same purpose as they did in Japan, which is to let the manga get ahead of itself.

I happened to pick up a copy of the Feb issue of Shounen Jump the other day to read on my commute to work, and they're only up to where Sakura extracts most of the poison from Kankuro after his fight with Sasori.

Being an over critical sob myself, I have too agreee that it is over dramatic (like EVERY ANIME EVER) and unrealistic, but not to the point where I don't hate it, or it's unrealistic world takes the fun out of it.

i'm getting really worried that sasuke would die now, i has a feeling that someone crucial to the story would die, and 90% in my mind think that it would be sasuke.

wew, so mangekyoushi sharingan have three ultimate jutsu that's related to japan's god of mythology, it's kinda a pain in the ass if we think of it's consequences of losing sight and become blind don't you think?.
i once played a game called okami, the game also tell about this three divine siblings, but in a more 'humanic' way, tsukuyomi is a sacred sword there, susano is somekind of a chicken wuss there, he shivered really bad when he's about to fight orochi. well, but the game's really good, it deserve the title masterpiece.

Well, with what's been revealed recently about the history of the Uchiha clan, it's possible that the simple act of moving a sharingan eye from one person to another is enough to activate the Mangekyou, since Itachi still tried to steal Sasuke's eyes, even though Sasuke himself hadn't activated his Mangekyou.

It's also entirely possible that even though Kakashi didn't kill his best friend, [SPOILER]the guilt and/or sadness he felt over Obito's death was enough of a catalyst to activate it.
