Yea...that would make sense, but it would be cool if a gate-hacking type mini-game was played through the touchscreen...

No, I mean like the Menu. For instance, on the left side of the screen would by a Gyro with choices like Skills, Items, etc. Then on the right side of the screen would be the selections and such.

Default New Game

CyberConnect2 Corporation was recruiting the programmer of PS3.

Moreover, the new game producing it now is for DS.
Does not the boy under the illustration look like Kite?

I would much rather see the game on the PSP as it is so linear and does not need the "innovative touch screen." Although, with onlint play, you cannot just pause and go to the menu screen, so having such quick access to the menu with the stylus could be a decent way of doing things.

Owning both a PSP and a DS, I would have to say it is around a 50-50 chance of it being better on one then it would be on the other. I think, however, the PSP has a better chance of handling the CG cutscenes that we seem to adore so much.

huzzah.

CyberConnect2 recently revealed yet another new .hack media within the past couple days. Entitled .hack//LINK, the new storyline takes place in 2020 in both the real world and The World R:X. The main character is Tokio Kowloon (last name spelling tentative), a game-loving middle school student who has a normal life until Ayaka Amagi (first name spelling tentative), a mysterious girl, transfers into his class.

A special hidden poem of sorts reveals:

Good morning, Kite.
Your courage is needed again.

Good morning, Haseo.
Start your journey once more.
Your fury is needed again.

Good morning, Tokio.

Your story is finally about to begin.
It's okay if you still don't understand.
But, it seems like "they" have already set out?

You too, start here.
Now is the time that your power is needed.

".hack//LINK" -The Third Revelation-

Here's the hidden message:

In Japanese:

In English:

I didn't edit in the last part. It just says two people are going to work together -.-

Credits to Kuukai for the translation.

Actually, I'd like to see another .hack game for the PS2. They say the PS3 won't last very long, and I do have a PS2. Of course, I'm kinda hoping you can transfere the data from G.U. volume 3 into the new .hack game (if they even make it for PS2, or just even make it for that matter) so you can play as Xth Form Haseo at a super-high level and make him even more powerful.
